Progress Stalled After 2–3 Years Training? (68 อ่าน)
23 ก.พ. 2569 22:05
The first year was amazing — strength shot up, I gained noticeable size, and everything felt exciting. Year two slowed down but I was still improving. Now, somewhere in year three, it feels like progress has almost stopped. My lifts barely move, my physique looks mostly the same month to month, and even though I am still consistent with diet and sleep, the changes are tiny. I know gains naturally slow down, but this feels like I hit a wall. Is this just the reality after the beginner phase, or am I missing something obvious?

Around that 2–3 year mark, things definitely change. You are no longer getting newbie gains, so improvements become more technical and slower. For me, progress started moving again when I stopped training on autopilot. I added structured periodization, planned deloads, and focused on weak points instead of just repeating the same routine. I also accepted that 1–2 kg of lean mass per year is solid at that stage. I have seen random discussions online, even on sites like https://www.whoseliveanyway.com/, where people drift into topics like buy injectable steroids online with credit card as if that the only way to break plateaus. But realistically, better programming, recovery management, and patience are what helped me most. At this level, small improvements compound over time — they just dont feel dramatic anymore

Early progress sets a fast baseline, and when that pace slows, it can feel like stagnation even if improvement is still happening. Long-term development often becomes less visible but more refined.
