Before starting the course, I thought yoga was only about stretching and physical exercise, but the training helped me understand the deeper meaning of yoga. Every day was filled with meditation, breathing exercises, yoga philosophy, anatomy classes, and teaching practice. At first, the schedule felt challenging, especially waking up early every morning, but slowly it became a healthy routine that made me feel calm and focused. The supportive environment and encouraging teachers helped me gain confidence in myself and my abilities. By the end of the training, I felt physically stronger, mentally more peaceful, and emotionally balanced. The experience changed the way I looked at both yoga and everyday life.[/size]
