I'm trying to track the progress of my social relief grant but keep hitting a wall. The site I'm using seems official, but I'm not getting any updates or confirmation after submitting my details. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm not sure if it's a glitch or if there's a step I'm missing. I attempted an SRD status check a few times, but there’s no feedback or change. Any help would be appreciated, especially if you’ve found a way around this or know who to contact.
