Hey everyone, I’ve recently come acrossTengah Garden Residence and it seems like an exciting new launch in the Tengah area. The whole “forest town” concept is quite unique, and I think the green living environment could be a major draw for many. Has anyone here visited the showflat or done a deeper dive into the floor plans and amenities? I’d love to hear some firsthand impressions. Also, any idea how it compares to other new launches in the area in terms of pricing? Would be great to hear everyone’s thoughts!
