I'm looking for creative ways to celebrate employee accomplishments beyond the usual plaques and certificates. I recently saw a site offering championship style belts as corporate awards, and it got me thinking.

Has anyone here used something like this? It seems like a fun and memorable twist, especially for an Employee of the Month Award. I'm curious how well it was received and if it truly boosted morale or engagement.
